Helio seri G96 ini masuk ke level tertinggi dari Helio seri "Gaming" yang memang diperuntukan bagi ponsel gaming yang relatif murah di kisaran 2-4 jutaan. 

Sudah bisa diandalkan untuk bermain games dengan nyaman, walaupun chipset ini masuk ke kategori Mid-range (kelas menengah).
