Mengenal Chipset Google Tensor! Otak Smartphone Google Pixel 6/6a/6 Pro

Google Tensor SoC adalah prosesor smartphone pertama dari Google yang diumumkan pada 19 Oktober 2021. Ini diposisikan sebagai SoC kelas atas dan berfokus pada TPU terintegrasi untuk penghitungan AI dan ML yang efisien. 

Bagian CPU 8-core terdiri dari dua inti ARM Cortex X1 yang cepat dan besar hingga 2,8 GHz. Cluster kedua mengintegrasikan 2 core Cortex-A76 mid-range hingga 2,25 GHz. Terakhir, empat inti ARM Cortex-A55 kecil hingga 1,8 GHz terintegrasi untuk tujuan efisiensi. Semua core dapat mengakses cache L3 4 MB bersama.

Chip tersebut juga mengintegrasikan prosesor keamanan Titan M2 dan GPU ARM Mali G78 MP20. Chip ini diproduksi dalam proses mutakhir 5nm.
