MediaTek Dimensity 920 dirilis pada 11 Agustus 2022, chipset ini mempunyai konfigurasi prosesor (CPU) 8 inti (octa core), terdiri dari 4 inti Cortex- A78 berkecepatan 2,5 GHz serta 4 inti Cortex- A55 berkecepatan 2. 0 GHz. 

CPU tersebut dipadu dengan pengolah grafis (GPU) Mali-G68 yang diklaim sama kencangnya dengan Mali-G78, GPU yang membekali keluarga Samsung Galaxy S21 Series, tetapi lebih hemat energi.

Dimensity 920 mendukung RAM berjenis LPDDR4X ataupun LPDDR5, dan memori internal berjenis UFS 2. 2 ataupun UFS 3. 1. 

Konektivitas yang didukung mencakup Wi- Fi 6, Bluetooth 5. 2, dan fitur 5G Call and Informasi Concurrency 3.0 yang membolehkan pengguna bermain game lewat sinyal 5G di kartu SIM 1 sambil menerima panggilan telepon dari kartu SIM 2. 

Fitur pendukung yang lain di SoC terkini Dimensity 900 Series ini merupakan Smart Adaptive Display guna menyesuaikan refresh rate dengan konten yang ditampilkan, perekaman video 4K, dan sokongan kamera dengan resolusi sampai 108 megapiksel.
