MediaTek Dimensity 900 – chipset 8-core yang diumumkan pada 13 Mei 2021 Ini memiliki 2 core Cortex-A78 pada 2400 MHz dan 6 core Cortex-A55 pada 2000 MHz. CPU tersebut dipadu dengan komponen pengolah grafis (GPU) Mali-G68 MC4 yang diklaim mampu memberikan pengalaman gaming optimal, serta chip modem 5G yang disebut memiliki kecepatan unduh (download) hingga 2,77 Gbps.

System-on-Chip (SoC) Dimensity 900 ini dirancang untuk ponsel 5G kelas menengah keluaran mulai tahun 2021, SoC tersebut menggunakan teknologi fabrikasi 6 nm, sama dengan fabrikasi chipset kelas flagship Dimensity 1200. 

Fitur lainnya mencakup dukungan 5G dual-SIM, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, single camera dengan resolusi 108 MP, dual camera 20 MP, konfigurasi quad camera, serta perekaman video 4K HDR dan 4K 30 fps. 

Kinerja fotografi dan videografi sendiri turut ditopang dengan teknologi AI Camera dan komponen pengolah gambar (ISP) Imagiq 5.0.

Ada pula dukungan RAM hingga LPDDR5, storage hingga UFS 3.1, layar hingga resolusi Full HD Plus, refresh rate hingga 120 Hz, HDR10+, AV1 codec, teknologi display MiraVision, dan fitur HyperEngine untuk meningkatkan kinerja bermain games.
